There are many clients to choose from in the Arise Portal like Saks Fifth, Modivcare, Coach, etc. Please make sure you are prepared to take an assessment in order to fully join the Arise Portal.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be paid either weekly or bi-weekly, for whichever client you can get to accept service you will be paid per client of your choice with different pay rates.


Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

- Maintain customer records and update information in the database

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

- Ability to analyze customer behavior and provide tailored solutions

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
